Can I play Puzzle Packs bought on Nintendo Switch on other platforms?
No. Purchases are tied to each platform (store). Content bought on Nintendo Switch can also be played on Nintendo Switch 2.
How do I cancel my Mac App Store subscription?
On your Mac, open App Store → your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions to cancel. You can keep playing until the next renewal date.
My purchased packs don't appear.
For the Mac App Store version, try Restore Purchases in the menu. For the Steam version, check in your Library that the DLC is installed. For the Nintendo Switch version, try redownloading from Nintendo eShop.
Can I transfer save data to another platform?
No, save data cannot be transferred.
